  TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
  • Arrival and departure time: Inquiries are available for the same day, we ask that you leave the apartment in the morning.
  • Cleaning: The final cleaning is included in the price and not the job of the guest!
  • Pets: Not allowed, because of possible damage to the furniture and the establishment.
  • Deposit: 20 % of the price.
  • Early departure: The price depends on the number of corresponding nights.
  • Reductions for children: Upon request up to 3 years of age.
  • Local tax: Starting on 01.01.2024 every guest has to pay 2,50 € per night, kids younger than 14 years do not have to pay this tax.
  • For booking our facilities less than three nights we rent out the apartments for a higher price!
